When I need maintenance I have it promptly. The parking lot is maintained well, as are the grounds. I have no complaints about management or the rest of the crew. There have been a few problems with other tenants but you'll have that anywhere. I really like living so close to downtown Valparaiso and having access to V-Line services if I need them. I recommend this place.
